Outlaw is smaller...plus the lot next door is empty as its for lease. Just figure it out when ya get there. Also PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT SPEED/burnouts rev your engine. SMG is located in a neighborhood and we would like to respect everyone living htere.

Great meet guys. Lots of fun That Escort was a sleeper and an half, though. After seeing all those dyno'd cars, even though I didn't dyno, I think my Balt is at about 220hp. Good for stock.

 

was it the kid from thompson CT withthe escort. if so i watched that thing run 12.6 @ 111 at fun ford. sorry i couldnt make it my dad hurt his back and i had to help him out. i wish i coulda came. maybe in the spring??

I had a great time, it was nice to put some faces on everyone!!!! I was also extremely happy that I dyno'd 223whp with just an airbox mod

 

had a blast out there wish i could have stayed to get mine dyno'd. def got some good ideas on mods also. cant wait till the next meet

I'm the guy with the orange slowbalt. With the 2.6 my AIT 2 was 128 @ 7K! Gotta love my intake manifold. I need to buy bobby's big heat exchanger. If I can figure out the maf problem I'll be in the 300 range. Here is a pic of my dyno run from last week with the 2.7.

here is with the 2.6 pulley

With the 2.6 the MAF sensor frequency was 10,000 Hz at 5,500 rpm's
With the 2.7 the MAF sensor freq was 10,000 Hz at 6,000 rpms.
You can see the HP/TQ suffer from it. The engine at those rpms actually sounded like it was skipping?
Any help would be nice!

I was just curious....how is that dyno compared to others??? high, low, average? I assumed low to average....since there werent any really high numbers for mods that people had....some of you stage 2 guy were like what 221-230ish range right? and typical stage 2 #'s are closer to like upper 230's isnt it?

 

I thought it was pretty accurate, slightly high-ish. My buddy's ss with i/h/e put down 224hp. What was the deal with the built srt-4 that had 205hp?!
