i haven't tried yet, but yea i'm sure i can get a base idea of what it will look like. just use the "move" tool to move pieces around and cover them with other sections, i basically want to bring those two corner vents on the front in more, so basically cut their width in half. then with what remains the top part will be for a fog light while the main center will stay untouched.

not sure mike, depends when i get laid off work/ how the holidays go/ and when i find the time. honestly i'll probably end up doing little by little unless i find myself having a whole day home. once i get them done i'll do my best anyone else out if they need it making a set

uhh the reflector is just a plastic piece that pops out, so yes.

and no it's not wingless, I don't really like the look of it without the SS lips all around.

 

do that too and so i cold just pop them off and then itll be like the ones without the amber.

the reflector marked with black pops out, the red X part doesnt come out. Im not sure what year they made without that turn signal part being amber

Are you going to leave them chrome or paint them? If you're going to paint them, just paint over the amber turn signal part, looks sick

 

yea the x is what im talking about and ik yo can buy them that way or the turbo'd ss ones would be fine too

 

My stock ones have the amber turn signal part, so idk, probably the turbo'd models came without it

 

i dont want to have the amber in the retro's im building soon i want them to be clear cause of the switchbacks

Yeah, get chrome spray paint orrrrrr paint the headlight black, or color match them red

 

i dont think that would work. But i thought those amber pieces could just pop out but i dont have a piar to try on

 

your better off painting them. those housings do come out but i'm pretty sure your light the "twist in" part twists in to that housing so w/o it your bulb would just hang around in there and bang around. you gunna have to paint em. an for the reflector, you can't take that out cuz there would be just a big hole there, have to paint that as well.
