it had a engine light...i cleaned the map and it went away...but it's got this weird ticking hiss. i know cars. it's not a bearing or exhaust leak.

whens the last time you changed your oil... if its not a bearing. it could very well be a valve tap. whats the exhaust smell and look like? what was the CEL light like?

not a valve
i just changed it...always check it... vac...seems a little off sometimes.

my engine light is also on. says i have misfire (sometimes), it goes on and off. i checked it and need new spark plugs( my cuzin checked it and said that probably the reason). got to get those.. and i need to do a tune up on my car.

well can you determine what side of the motor the sound is coming from? is it coming from the passenger side or the driver. Also, what was the CEL light for?

Well I only took 1 pic because it was raining and I wanted to get the car done for the night. I didn't do ANY polishing, just a port.

This particular blower was for my buddy, I charged him $150 including removal and reinstallation. Not bad considering some people charge 250+

can't wait for spring meets I hate the winter I hate being stock getting pick on by evos and sti might be getting an intake soon
