well of course the judge is the last person to make a decision but these days judge are lazy , all it matters is money nowdays.......as long as you pay something.....believe me you will be ok.....i got a street racing ticket which is worst than what you got , i ended up getting no point and and paid 100 dollars...

 

ya when u first walk in their a judge will call u up and look at the ticket and offer u a plea bargin which is usually in ur case they will lower the ticket to a lower charge take two points off and u will have to pay the fine i know ive been through it buddy i got two court dates comming up in june!

i don't think you'll be charged with points. i had a nj speeding ticket (15mph over) and i went online and found out that the point will not transfer over because its a minor violation. just call penndot.

have you done this before? I thought you worked out a deal with the prosecutor. Do i need a lawyer or can i just go myself? And does it matter that it was a state trooper that issued the ticket?

 

yea i did it before and i did it myself i got a reckless driving ticket before i went their myself they offered to drop it to careless and i payed the fine and had only 2 points instead of 4 but that was like 3 years ago so the points are now gone!

Guys I have another ticket question for ya. On the back it says I have to call within 10 days of the ticket (so by this sunday) and basically plead Guilty or Not Guilty. Which do I do if I'm going to go there to try to get the points and fine from this thing knocked down? There's 2 options for guilty and not guilty, I just need to know which I should do. I can post up the whole thing what it says for each option.

Yea that was probably me. I work as a merchandiser over in PA now (usually Philly and Bucks Co) so if you guys ever see a tinted black ss/sc from NJ you know who it is haha. Every now and then I'll see another s/c driving by but I usually don't know who it is. Guess they're not on the forum.
