^^Powdercoat them. If you're unsure about it I would have a shop do it. A few people on here have done it themselves and it's usually pretty good. Just gotta know what you're doing. Are you doing black?
It depends where I'm going haha. I work in PA as a merchandiser for RedBull and my territory is Philly and Bucks Co but the warehouse is in Aston. So if I'm going to the warehouse I'll take the ComBarr. BucksCo I take the TaconyPal. Philly I'll take either the BF, WW, or Betsy Ross depending where I'm going. I'm usually on all of them at least once during the week. Gotta get EZPass asap.
If you have any questions about painting your headlights let me know. I did mine a while back and I think they look awesome.
what bridge do you come over from jersey?
Commodore Barry or Ben Franklin?
If you come Commodore Barry then we definitely need to meet up and cruise together.
I'm in the process of painting my headlights. Hopefully they're done by Sunday!!! They're apart right now and one headlight is sanded down. Gotta do the other one, tape off the areas and paint then reseal!!

Which sealant did you use to reseal them? I have read people just using the stock sealant and they were fine and others that weren't.
I don't want any leakage problems.
Right now I sanded them down with 150 grit, I have to still add primer and then paint flat black.
God these things were a PITA to get apart!!

^^Good stuff man. I've gone back and forth with doing something with mine but I think I'm gonna keep it. I like the way the polished wheels stand out from all the rest of the black
I used what was left of the stock sealant then went out to pep boys and bought some black silicone sealant. It's worked really well so far (been on since fall). I had one time where it fogged up and I just touched it up and it's been good since.
What did you do to get them apart? Did you do them in the oven?
Yeah, well I guess my main question right now is this:
Which sealant did you use to reseal them? I have read people just using the stock sealant and they were fine and others that weren't.

I placed them in the oven and then used an old Flathead to pry them apart!
I'm gonna paint them and then place them back in the oven to (play on words here) - bake the paint on to insure durability (while they're in the oven the sealant will heat back up and I'll add a tube that I bought and seal everything back up!

Yeah, I am planning on buying a tube of sealant and using the stock sealant as well.

Theres some kind of filler/caps that most of the guys on here use to fill them. Use the search button, should be able to find something. Personally I think you should just paint your stock headlights and ditch the halos. I had them on my car while I was painting my headlights and they were such a bitch. LEDs kept going out everyday and it looked like hell.
Haha same method I used. I put them back in the oven too just to seal 'em up a little better. But after I painted them I let the paint 'air out' for like 2 days because I've heard of some members who just closed them up right away and the fumes from the paint actually left marks on the plastic cover of the housings

For the headlights? They usually look pretty sweet. Just make sure it doesn't kill your vision at night.
