yeah L&M is absolutely the biggest hack shop out there. I worked there for like 2 months before they laid me off about 2 years ago. Mike the owner is the biggest back stabbing jerk off you will ever meet. If you are looking for a good quality machine shop talk to Lorenzo at I believe its Lorenzo's fast flow heads or somthing like that. This guy was Frank Bash's right hand man when Frank Bash did everybody's cars in the area, he really knows his ****.

 

What shop and how much? How good is his work?

I'm down. Atco opens at 4:30pm Tues/Thurs/Fri and earlier on Saturdays. Tues/Thurs are the best days since there's not as many people there as Fri/Sat. $15 for as many runs as you can get in.

 

yeah usually on the weekdays at atco you may get an average of 4 runs in depending on how packed the place is.
