Well I think you're asking if they make a Cobalt SS without the a/c, radio, and power accessories and I'm going to go with no. For no other reason than they have stopped the production already on Cobalts and Cobalt SS's. So if you want one, go to you dealership NOW and good luck finding one. They're disappearing quick.

Had some engine issues, thought it was fixed, then engine blew, needed a new head, couldn't afford it, got repo'd.
