I've been looking at the shifter thinking that at some point it might be a problem. Kinda strange that half the ball is a plastic cap. Let us know what the dealer says.

 

Mine popped off when I had my SS. The whole thing came off, the shift knob, spring, and cushion thingy on the inside. It shot up so high I though it was gonna go out my sunroof while I was driving. I got it replaced under warranty at my dealership or you could just go with the Hurst STS haha.

just order the escort of nga...its gonna be kool how u can tell ur hp, times and 1/4 mile...just got the hoses and clamps and dex cool for the heat exchanger..also order the ngk copper spark plugs.one step colder ..should be here by mon or tues...got the 2nd air shipping..so im ready for friday night im pumped................

 

yea mine pops off all the time now, high as **** too lol, its even rolled to my feet while drivin. screw a new stocker, TWM just came out w one and mines on order, ships thurs!

i was thinking about running meth. but i think i like nitrous more..... anyway how mush you pay for the meth kit?

 

New, the kit is $290-$330 depending if it's on sale or not. The only thing that sucks is it doesn't come with a tank so I'll have to get one from somewhere b/c I don't want to use my windshield washer tank.

 

Glad to see the meth kit came and the 'Balts back, now get it installed and get some dyno #'s!

 

^^haha I'm workin on it, h/e's on the way and I'm just lookin for a place that'll do the 2.7", 60s, h/e, and meth install/dyno tune for a good price.

 

i heard tun time performance is great. lots of people get tuned there. i plan to go there.

 

Yea I'm at least going to dyno when everyone goes down in a few weeks. Debating whether or not to do everything then.

hey guys i decided to go back to school..it just hit me...i have alot to catch up i been out for four years....Im gonna go to CCP in jan...gonna grab a brochure sometime this week or next week..

I NEED to go back next semester if I'm still living at home. No matter what I need to get my EMT cert b/c I can't do **** without it (career-wise). Just sucks cause it's 7p-11pm Tues/Thurs and 8a-4p on Saturdays so it's a lot of damn work and that and working full time will be craziness. But I still want to move to San Diego by next summer, the biggest issue is getting a job out there paying close to (or more) than what I make now. A lot of stuff to figure out, but hopefully I'll find a way....
