Finished color, here you can see the bronze tint a little bit, but in natural light it doesn't show up at all.

i was in my f250 cruising up route 30 looking for rice and then i passed a blue ss/sc and i punched it and he was following me the entire way past westmoreland mall.

 

I live in Greensburg and i think i see the same blue one you are talking about. I always see him around here - he lives up near westmoreland hospital. Its the purple/blue right?

 

So did anyone decide what's going on tonight? Movies at my house for the time being. BJ said he can come out like 8:30 or so. Dan's supposed to call when he's able to come out.

 

Can you PM some directions. I might come out if I can get all the wiring away from my belt.

so the week i decide to put my 2weeks in i get dicked over and had to go to work last night... WTF?!? i wanted bwww.... grrr **** work, but my 2weeks notice goes in on monday... at least im not on call until 3pm today... let me know whats goin on... im bored and tired... i have sooo much work to do, but **** it...its not due until thursday

Those rear grills lok great!! They're very similar to the ones on the 2.4. I'm a huge fan of those!

 

Thanks. I'm actually probably going to be painting the front ones today at Al's house. That seems to be the plan of action. I'm like you, I have work to do but screw it, I need a mod day. Must...do...stuff...to...car. I actually might be putting the stock airbox back on for winter, these CELs are driving me nuts. I wanna finish up the bowtie project too. So we'll see, it sounds like Allen's house is the plan for now though.

Not expecting to hear much from anyone until MUCH later...everyone was at my house till almost 4am. So I don't know what time we'll be heading out but I'll let ya know.

 

Yeah, they're just the stock 2.0 ones painted a gunmetal/bronzish color. The front grill will eventually (hopefully today) be the same color.

Haha... I've been up for a while. I got up early, showered, went to church.... now it's time for lunch. I just have to muster up the energy later to drive to Moon so we can fix those fittings. I might wait till tomorrow... but we'll see.

You can do it! I think we're going to be out there no matter what. Not really sure yet till we talk to Allen and see what the plan is. I know I want to get that painting done and get the bowties fixed and on the car.

 

Tranny seems good. Maybe a lil better than before... but that clicking is from my tires. I think it's just uneven wear (plus them being almost bald).

We'll see how things are going later on today. Stillers are on later this afternoon. We'll see how that goes...

I f'ing hate painting. Grill looks ******* amazing, I can't wait to get it on the car.........BUT I have to repaint it. Part of the paint bubbled (which is fine, that's on the non-visible parts)...but then the part on the fins WILL NOT dry at all. As in you touch it and you have paint on you. It sucks. So next up will be re-painting grill and finishing re-painting the bowties. MAYBE by the end of the week I will have the car back in one piece.

 

my bad on the type of car. it would have been a fun race anyway. i was on him the whole way out of pittsburgh, he didnt engage until harmar when i decided to get off and eat.

i wouldnt call win or lose until after the race anyway
