Yay... my new parts are all shipped now. It only took 12 days.
One package is scheduled for delivery on Saturday. The other has no listed info other than it's shipped... but it should be here sooner than that. I'm thinking I'll be working on this stuff Saturday if anyone is interested.

Sweet I should be there most likely.
Story time...
I called FedEx to check on the status of my hood. I was then notified that my hood was in-transit back to VA. Awesome. So now my busted hood is on its way back to the sender. Furthermore, the claim, which is still unsettled, will be sent to her if it's awarded. So the money, and the broken hood are going back to VA. Well that upset me. So I raised hell with the guy on the phone who eventually said he couldn't help me at all. So I asked for a supervisor. The supervisor listens to the story and says, "Sorry, that's our policy." I raised some more hell before she finally put me on hold to see if she could re-route the hood back to me. After holding for 10 minutes she said she'd call me back. 10 minutes later, I get the call back that the hood will be re-routed back to me. But the claim check will still go to the sender if awarded.
I don't care so much about the check, as the lady is really nice. She will most likely send me the money that FedEx awards through the claim. Then I can see if a shop can do anything with the hood, or if I have to just buy a new one. I'm just glad that they re-routed the hood so we didn't have to pay for shipping a second time to get it back up here to me.
Stupid FedEx. Their insurance claims process is horrible. Think about it... if someone wanted to scam you, they could sell an item on eBay, ship it while it's broken, claim the shipping insurance, and then the broken product, as well as the money is sent back to them. That makes no sense at all.
