Pittsburgh Crew < You
She actually wants to come out one of these weekends, and I'd like to as well. Haven't been around much this summer...
I just ordered, aps sequential bov, Buscher up and down pipes, ams 3 inch exhaust, urethane tranny and engine mounts, Snow perf. meth kit, and an Evo Green with pre-sweated on manifold + injectors, walboro 255 fuel pump, an autometer nexus bar gauge, aem uego wideband and a pair of fuzzy pink dice for the rear view mirror
Just kidding guys, ive only had it for 4 hours and 15 min. It needs my kind of cleaning first, then probably next paycheck im gonna start pickin up the support mods. How many of you did i have going though LOL. Denny, man, i have to get you to drive this thing though. I know you said they need aligned but man, this thing has to be so far out of wack. I am not exagerating when i say that the cords will show through the inside of 2 tires by the end of next week. The tire tread seems to slant to either the inside or outside depending on what tire it is. It really, really bad. Im gonna call sendell tomorrow to see if they can align it after im done working. Then im gonna see if they will atleast pro-rate the tires that are on there. After 4000 miles, these things should not look like this....
06 MR with 4000 miles, silver. No zero lift kit. Looks just like brians except the wheels the charcole bbs' instead of the silver enkeis. Custom orange paint job would be killer.

You will need a 4 wheel alignment - If you want the best, call Jim at 412-372-3372 - will be about $160, but worth every penny and better than a dealer will give you.
Finally - don't even bother trying to get the tires pro-rated...not going to happen on performance tires. Period. Not to mention, Sendell didn't sell you the car and won't be sympathetic at all.
First and foremost - don't you EVER take that car to Sendell...will come back worse than it went in. Not even kidding. If you are going to try taking it to a dealer for stuff, only go to Baierl and ask for Mike - the only tech in the area that knows Evos.

And i just checked out baierls website and they are only open till 5 throughout the week and not on sat or sunday. Monday till 9 but i cant wait till monday. **** i dont want to wait till saturday. They are potentially that bad. And i am gonna try to get them pro-rated anyways. Never hurts to try.
And Wes, which dan bought an orange gto? BTW, i dont know of any other evos in the area, but #1 Cochran has an 05 scooby, blue with gold wheels, great condition. Dont know about price or milage tho. I know when i looked at it last night even though it was just about dark, it looked really clean.
EDIT: Denny, how long do i let this thing idle for after i park it? Do i have to idle it after normal driving?
Ah, you know what, i think i remember you saying dont get take evos to sendell for anything. I think you told shaun that at one point, now i remember. Ok so who is jim and where is he located at?

Unless you just raced it, you don't need to let it idle. If you just flogged the hell out of it, drive it for a mile or 2 before shutting it off, or else wait 30 seconds.
Jim is the one I always recommend - my neighbor, mechanic, and one of the lead instructors up at Beaverun. You can't find a better performance mechanic in the area, and I go to him exclusively - even if it's warranty work I pay him to take care of things. His shop is literally 2 minutes from my house.

Pure awesomeness, that's what. http://www.beaverun.com/
