Roads are still shitty. As of 7am Oakland isn't salted yet.

BTW anyone else hear we're supposed to get 2-5 more inches of snow then right around quittin time (3-4pm) it's supposed to start with ice? This is going to be one shitty day. Bus was already 25 minutes late this morning. If it starts dumping snow I'm leaving at noon.

Onto better news, the Owners son in law is my boss, and all the work i had to do is locked in his office, and the only other person with a key is the owner...

Alicia, what breed or breeds is your dog? How much does he weigh now. We decided to go with the name Gunnar. He is mostly lab with a little pit bull (we think) in him. The shelter thinks he will get to be 50-55 lbs at the most. Yours looks a bit bigger than that.

 

No work and with bald Pirellis I'm glad. It's getting bad out there now and looks to get worst.

As of 9:30 it is still bad. I made it to work fine. Even had time to play on the way. I heard another 2-3 starting late afternoon and lasting until dark. Technically im canceled and dont have to be here, but i dont have anything better to do. Right now its me here and....... me. Working in a school is cool

 

BTW those of you who also saw the F18's flying over the city in September... my buddy sent me these pictures over he got from a friend of his who is in another squadron....





They actually were not here for Anti Terror drills at all as had been previously speculated... they were here to do the flyby on the Steelers home opener on that Sunday.

need help deciding

Ok jeep is starting to have minor electrical problems, no running lights on back end, rust is growing worse, dash lights quit...but 4wd still works and runs strong.

I found a lead on a turbo minivan...I always wanted one. I think I can get it for around 6-700 bucks.

Should I sell the jeep (can get 1k) and get the van (appears to be in better shape and gets better gas mileage but no 4wd) or stay with the jeep till it doesnt run anymore?

This is assuming van doesnt have any frame rot issues or motor/trans issues?

Ya i didnt even drive the jeep today cause of the wiring issues
i took the f350 dump truck...drifting a 4.5 ton dually turbo diesel is ftw

 

Id say keep the jeep and run it till its dead. Turbo minivan wont romp through the woods.
