I dont know how many people are interested or even know about this already, but in baltimore near the dundalk essex area there is a meet every sunday on Rt.40 going toward aberdeen. Its not cobalt specific there is a **** load of tuners there. alot of people go race up and down 40 and make it an interesting scene. if anyone who doesnt know where it is wants to go feel free to pm me for directions.
