When I lived in Ohio mine was I8URCAR it ought to be avalable by now that was over 3 years ago, they will not let me have it here in Pa, said it provokes other drivers to race.

I doubt they would let you get Phuk Que... they do have restrictions on things like that. and I don't get the binary one. which means people wont get it either. explain?

There's a guy in my area with a black STI with the 1101010 (or similar) tag. I believe some of his 1's are I's though as well, making it even more difficult for cops to run his tags
