Just saw a red ss/sc with highrise and looked like 6k hids and an aftermarket exhaust in emmaus they were at the emmaus smokeshop

 

I saw a red SS on 309 in Quakertown today. It looked wingless from the glimpse I caught.

The flat black is primer, painted and didn't come out right so I sanded and primered for winter. Body kit is the bomex style, big ass rice spoiler=carbon fiber, corbeau on the trunk=previous partial sponsorship, black corbeau forza seats and yellow corbeau harnesses. Black ASA JH8 wheels, I need new ones though. 2nd gen ccfl headlights, the iron cross style led taillights. H/o i'll try to post a pic up.

lol yea, thats long gone now. the flat black is going to be painted yellow and the top is getting carbon fiber vinyl overlay to match the carbon fiber wing and hood.

Yea I hear ya. I miss the yellow an black more an more. I'm gonna change my wheels back to that way too and this here is a current picture. Just snapped. I'll post again in a month or two after it gets painted. Contemplating a tune too from BYT.

 

Do you do the paint yourself or where do you get it done? And yea man yours was actually the car that got me into the ss'

Yea I do the paint myself. My buddy has a degree in body work and I actually had a dent in my passenger door from some random a-hole which is why I originally went ahead and painted it, didn't feel like payin 700$ to have the body shop fix a small dent. I'm orderin my paint from Eastwood so it should be pretty good and their prices are reasonable. I got like a 60gal compressor an my buddy got the paint gun so we'll give it a go, he's painted before so I think it will come out ok.

As for engine work, ported the supercharger and painted it, injen cold air intake, #60 injectors, 3.0 zzp pulley, NGK Iridium plugs, ZZP midlength header with 1 3/4 primaries to 3" downpipe to a 2.5 DC sports catback. I got minor suspension too, interior, audio, and all the exterior stuff. I gotta paint it after I finish molding in the body kit an then paint the wheels (or get new ones), custom enclosure then and then a new clutch and dyno tune. Thats the general plan. All thats gotta get done while I work on my g/f's 94 Civic Ex.

I have done at the moment aem cai, zzp longtube header and zzp 3" catback, ingalls td, zzp s3 h/e, 60# injectors, 2.9 pulley, and BYT Tuned!

 

I'm debatin that tune, jus not postive my clutch will handle it, it gets soft under hard runs. How's it run with the tune? much more efficient? what kinda IAT2's u runnin with the s3? I'm thnkn bout snaggin an s3, dual pass an option b to help lower mine.

I drive a dark green 96 civic coupe with black wheels and slight tint

My iat2s run around 80-95 during just driving and around 126 wot pull and his tunes pretty good my clutch has been fine so far and I've been tuned since like july last year

 

nice, thats some damn low IAT2's. i don't think i've seen the civic. theres so many though that i just don't really take too much notice of them. i used to go to palm heated car wash all the time with my buddy. my buddy has the black one with the red lip and center wing.

 

Yea I've seen that one but a while back wasn't he selling that at one point
