i'm actually bout to buy a devilbiss dessicant dryer. i got a devilbiss dessicant snake but i wanna be extra sure that no moisture gets in the lines so i'll be pickin that up this week, then hopefully start paintin or attempting to next weekend (if its nice)

Well I have dibs on Lambo's friends. 
And I fucked up my car, I installed my 2.4 IM and TB I had laying around, decided to try it without a tune. There were a lot of threads of people running it fine for months and months without a tune.
Car won't even click anymore, not even a sound. It started up for maybe a half second, then everytime after that, nothing when turning the key.
Even tried disconnecting the battery, waiting a few minutes, and putting it back on, but still the same thing.
I just hope that when I go to install my old IM and TB that it still works. :/

At least you have 2 weeks to fix it before the meet haha. My turbo should be in by next weekend. They were having problems tuning the PCM because they said my VIN number wasn't valid. I resent it to them in an email so I'll find out tomorrow what's going on with that.

It's cool, I got my car working yesterday
Now I must invest in a turbo since there's a douche bag down the road with a SS/TC who think's he's a badass but knows nothing about the car.

Theres a guy like that here in qtown always pipea me when he sees me and thinks hes the **** cause he has an lnf i cant wait to turbo mine and show him whos boss i cant stand people like that like i dont talk down to anyones carunless im friends witb thwm and its for fun

So if/when I buy the SS kit for my car. Instead of paying a butt load to get it painted right away.... maybe I should just vinyl wrap it myself?
I know it'll probably take a while but doing it little by little can't be that bad, maybe a panel a day.
Then it got me thinking... I could do any color I want :O
