Hey guys, so a couple of us have decided to meet up and grab food/drinks in Syracuse this sunday. Anywhere from around the area care to join? I'm heading to Albany for the weekend then on my way back to Buffalo gonna stop there. Would like to get a few cobalts out there, maybe shoot some pics too

Nah, just a Cobalt meet! Get some food and drinks more than likely, and definitely a photo shoot!

 

No way I could make it at that time. The earliest I could be there is about 6:30-7 or I'd have to take the entire day off and not just the afternoon shift.

As I said make one in Buffalo, even Rochester and I'll come. I'd come to this but Sunday is the worst day to get off for me. Have had to for autocross though.

If you say 3000gt or stealth I'm going to shoot you, it's not a DSM.

I know what a DSM is, trust me. It's a 1995 Eclipse. 420a motor. Still NA but he's got every bolt on you could imagine and it's clean as hell. He wants to boost it, he has an extra motor...

 

Okay, just checking. Noorj would you want to meet up sometime? Maybe get a few other guys too. I actually want to talk to you about the turbo kit bit why not make it a mini meet.

Around here it seems most if all people just assume that a cobalt ss or hhr ss has absoulutley no chance of
making the power that an import can. it amazes me.

 

It would be nice if someone could show some of these imports around Syracuse how fast a cobalt can run

 

How many cars do you guys have so far?
Where about are you meeting at the carousel mall (which has now expanded big time)
would you mind if I stopped by for a little bit with my HHR ss to pick up some tips or advice on mods
Either way have fun there will be a ton of mall traffic maybe try to park across hiawatha blvd where they have added two additional huge parking lots.They have also added a bridge to walk over hiawatha blvd to get to the new mall which has doubled in size in the last couple years
