thanks for the directions. I'm 99% sure I'm going.

As a BIG change..... I WILL NOT be able to attend Saturday's thunder in the burgh... Work has snafued the whole weekend for me. I'm not even sure what is going on for Sunday now.. I might have to work then as well. Not likely, but all depends on what I get done on Saturday.

Dan... I'll talk to you tonight to figure it out.

Well, I still havent' seen a laser blue SS/SC... i hear there are a few around.

I'm definitely not going Sunday. Cousin's birthday party. And broke. And in severe need of tires. I'm debating whether to do that now before the big two-day even in State College or just run on the slicks that I have now.

Yep, I remember you saying about the family thing on Sunday... Are you planning on running the Washington Cnty Airport A-X at the end of THIS month??

This job at work is making me nutty... not that I am in need of any help there.... I am nutty on my own..

Any time is good with me.

What is this I read about an auto-x in Washington this month? I'm thinking I might try to run Sunday and at any other events I can find before the state college thing. Gotta get some practice in.

I'm thinking it's going to be early in the AM... I'll check and see, and let you know.

I will be going as far as I can tell, but I won't be running this time.

Dan... here is what I got from SCR SCCA about the event...

The daily schedule for Events #1 - #10 is as follows:

8:30-9:30 - Registration
8:30-9:45 - Tech
10:00 - Driver's Meeting
10:15 - First Car Off

Hope that helps

I would say we need to leave the haus by a little after 7 to 7:30 It should take a little over an hour to get there from the way it looks.

Talk to you tonihgt.

Is anything going on tonight? I got rumors of gokarting/driving range

I don't know how the weather looks over there, but here it seems like there might be a quick down pour, as always.

BURNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN!!!!

I would LOVE to run some Go karts!

There are 3 places I know of...

Statlers in Latrobe ( that is the name I thnk )

A place in Mt Pleasant

Caddy Shack in Donegal ( right off the Donegal exit of the pike )

They have a driving range there too I think... and maybe even batting cages...

Sounds like Karting is the popular option for tonight. I'll ask Dave about it. We've got to take his friend to work at like 5:30, but other than that we should be good.

I even brought my bat and driver in the event of a driving range and/or batting cage trip.

I wouldn't mind embarrasing myself at the driving range. I actually recently just broke my driver at the range. The head flew off with the ball. I thought the club was very light on my follow thru. I look up at the ball and I see this huge black thing flying with the ball.

Haha... I did that once too! I think the head went farther than the ball.

Sounds good to me. I think Brian is going to meet with me at like 7-7:30 to make the drive up too. Are you running?

Edit: Brian... we'll talk either tonight or Saturday evening and set everything straight as far as when/where to meet Sunday morning.
