Track & Dyno Saturday, Oct. 24th... CANCELLED

CANCELLED. NOT ENOUGH INTEREST.

i want to gauge the interests for this. i still need to make some calls. if it doesn't happen this weekend a reschedule date will be set.

the plan: meet at Cecil College in North East, MD at 8 a.m., cruise over to Cecil County Dragway to be there by 9 a.m., race for a few hours (saturdays are usually light and you can get lots of runs in), then at 12 p.m. everyone cruise over to Race Proven Motorsports in Claymont, DE.

tuning is limited, if you are interested in getting a tune let me know and we can try to arrange something.

the dyno is a dynojet and is only 2wd.

this doesn't have to be a Cobalt only meet, so feel free to invite your friends with other vehicles.

Cecil County Dragway
Car/Driver $35.00
Crew/Spectators $10.00

RPM, 3 pulls w/ afr & print outs for $75

food: feel free to grab lunch on the way from the track to the dyno. i am looking into getting pizza delivered, if you are interested in that bring some side cash to chip for it.

JUST A HEADS UP! I CHECKED THE WEATHER AND THERE IS A HIGH CHANCE OF RAIN FOR SATURDAY. SO THERE IS A POSSIBILITY THAT THE PLANS WILL CHANGE. IF THERE IS RAIN AND THE TRACK IS CLOSED, THEN WE'LL JUST GO TO RPM EARLIER IN THE DAY. A NEW MEETING SPOT WILL BE POSTED ALONG WITH TIMES.

aww that really sucks man. well if this goes well then i might set another one up for the very end of the season (for the track).

I think I am going to go with steddy, it's just hard getting our schedules to match. Esp. with me moving... we'll get it straightind out.

holy crap! you're alive!

how ya been man?

yea tuning is very limited there, they usually only deal with GM muscle and have only done 2 Cobalts. so this will most likely just be a dyno thing.

I'm in. I'm not sure if I can make it to the track. But I am going to try. I am 100% in for RPM... haha I'll be there on thursday anyway having them put in Pedders springs, SS/TC shocks and struts, and some red stuff pads.
