Well im going to be showing up with a boost leak. I think because of the interference from my stage 1 TMAP sensor with another component, that im not able to get as much pipe into the coupler to get a good seal. The leak is small so this ought to be fun to try and fix tomorrow...

 

im leaving at 6am be there by 9ish. gotta leave at like 12 though

 

well after 3 weeks my pulley still hasent showed up if anyone has a 2.7 pulley to lend me for the tune. i would apreciate it if not ill live with a 2.9 and its a 4 bolt gm style

 

I'm gonna try to remember to bring my camera. Think I said it in an earlier post, I'll there around 10:30. Mapquest says its about a 52 min drive so I figure it'll be like 30 min. haha I kid I kid.

Happy with today .. I put down 305/377 hp and tq.. Had a great day chillin with everyone

 

sooo....my car was already stage two and the endless search for the pulley puller was for no reason. i put down 246.1 hp and 222.5 tq. i can live with that for now. meet alot of people today too....we dff. gotta do it again. i have pictues and videos of a few cars on the dyno n stuff ill put up tomorrow.

 

YEA... about my car... didn't really get numbers. car put down 320ish whp and 350ish wtq not responding correctly on the dyno.....YEA

 

yeah that was a big bummer. hopefully things work out for you.

Oh almost forgot. My numbers are 301 hp and 361 trq. Hiltu, I hope you figure out why your car wasnt responding, none the less, those are still some respectful numbers.

 

I just wanna thank every one for sharing food and drink! I'm sorry i bolted with out really saying bye or talking much,I had a monster head ache and was tired. My best was 326.6whp and 388 wtq, I'll have a few videos and some pictures I'll upload tomorrow.

 

probably got the headache from being behind the dyno with all the noise and exhaust gases. btw very impressive numbers. how are your tires doing? Also you had Goodyear Eagle ???

 

Yes I do have the Eagle GTs, good for now I haven't gotten too ruff with them yet. As far as the headache, all day without really eating does that to you. But all in all a great day.

 

Im def down to do another, that really was a good time with everyone If we do another, anyone that has purchased a tune gets readjusted on the dyno again to try for more power free, you just cover the dyno fee and I got you!!


Sorry Hiltu, I was def bummed over your car, I wanted to make more whp as much as you to show that K04+ actually pulls like mad. I really am at a loss for why it runs great on the street then did that weird **** each time we strapped it up. It really made no sense at all!!! Race Gunney maybe lol



End of the day yesterday:
8 cars tuned, 7 were dyno'd....5 beers drank LOL! (1 CEL freak out over nothing at all, Jason with the STi can explain that one LMAO)

With in the next month i should have my intercooler shipped to me and installed. So i'll have to stop down or something.

 

what are your current mods if you dont mind me asking? Im getting a tc this week and have been thinking about the ko4+ but if your on stock turbo those are nice numbers Thanks!

 

i am on stock turbo. I have most bolt-on's; hahn cold air, zzp charge pipes, 3"hahn catless turbo back, as well as devils own meth injection kit. Im currently on 24psi due to stock clutch, i believe byt (nick) could squeeze more out of it.

 

ok cool because im going with the byt tune of course but was curious to what you could squeeze out of the stock turbo before i spent the money on ko4+. another thing is in AZ we have shitty gas 91 octane so i may not get to that point
