I should have charge piping, possibly the zzp intercooler if it is out by then.

With a combo tune that should make 320-330whp and over 375wtq!

How many miles on the car now? I would just gap them down slightly, replace with stock plugs if it's been awhile. I havent seen a need to change from the stock plugs yet. Oscar's car made 343/424 with meth on the stock plugs gapped to .030.

14,500 miles on them, and 424 ftbs huh, sounds like i might be in need of a clutch soon.

adding meth and 4 more lbs of boost helps for 424lb/ft!

I ran 365lb/ft of torque on BYT's first original tune - 20psi.

And "only" 297whp that ran 12.9 @ 111 at the track.

Airbox mod
catless downpipe
charge pipes

Yea, your clutch will not make over 400ft lbs stock, most seem to fail over 360-370wtq! So that will limit your tq for now!

And I would just get a set of stock plugs, gap them to .030 and then we know they are set for awhile

trifecta controls boost way more strict. Boost comes on controlled and doesn't spike. its a very nice feature for driveablity.

We can always tweak it on the dyno and that's included in your original tune fee! Come on up

im 100% in. I only have to pay dyno fees and travel fees if applicable.

Theres a guy at work with a turbo SS, its red and has wheels on it that ive never seen on a turbo balt. I left him a message along with BYT business card. So im trying to spark interest at my end

It's 170 miles away from me. 4 hours each way.

If I would be helpful with my ezflash cable and laptop, and it would be worth it to you guys to give me the $50 I would need for gas and food for the day, I'd be willing to make the trip.

I've been out of work since April because of a back injury, with no pay, so otherwise I couldn't come.

If I wouldn't be helpful, no hard feelings!

Might be interested but wonder if a dual tunes ljs is possible or even reasonable?

May not end up tuning but might show up anyway only abt 3.5hrs from me, and a chance to be around some Cobalt guys that know WTF they r talking abt lmao

also if I get Ottp stage 2 prior can I just have them email the tune and get it flashed on the stock PCM and tweaked?

BYT tune ss/sc's also. As far as i no, dual tune is not available for the sc's. BYT can email you tunes over the internet if you own HPT or you have access to it. Youll send datalogs to him and he'll tweak the tune, rinse and repeat til your happy. Otherwise you have to have it done in person.

that would be a question for BYT, although i think hes a one man show and will have all the equipment he needs. two words to make some money: SPERM BANK!

Yeah I have no doubt Nick can handle things by himself. I just thought that if time was an issue for how many cars can get done, if I can help by installing any straight trifecta tunes that nick gets or datalogging with trifecta while Nick is working on the dyno, maybe that might help.

Don't have hpt. I was just wondering if I could hav Ottp send me their base stg2 tune instead of paying 100 for a PCM or having to send mine in. They have a free option of emailing the tune, didn't know if I could just have that done, and have BYT flash that on then have him tweak it to the car. Don't really wanna pay 500 for stg2 if I can do 250ish. Lol money is kinda tight but I still wanna tweak the car. The reason I don't wanna just buy a PCM is I plan on doing that with my tvs swap so that if I go back to the m62 I can change the PCM too, and not have to have it flashed (don't know Jack abt tuning so buying hpt doesn't make much sense yet)

Yea, I wouldnt even pay them for that file. I can set you up with any LSJ file you need AND tweak it for your car for $200 all said and done. If you pay for dyno time, that price includes further tweaking on the dyno as well!!

Hiltu - I may employee you my man LOL!
