I don't know if anyone cares or would mind but .... I'm going to be bringing my wife for a little weekend getaway from the kids 8). Are there any good malls or shopping centers in the area so i can drop her off and do my own thing lol. Anyone else bringing their other half? Another ? , any nice hotels or one that you locals would suggest. thanks

 

The Carousel mall is what you'll get for shopping. There's a lot of shops in there plus a movie theater. Tell her to go crazy. As far as nice hotels, I would suggest the Genesee Grande Hotel. It's a bit pricey, but I've stayed there and it was really nice. Plus it's only a short stumble from the bars, if you consider a mile short. They do have a shuttle service though.
