I'm looking into them. No G85 Laser Blues in the SW PA area. Oh well. Looks like I'll have to settle for Laser Blue non G85.

Get a different color with G85. Silver is pimp.

Tonight was.... interesting to say the least. Good thing you left when you did Brian, lol.

Ok..... so tell me about what I missed..... now I gotta know!

Was it 5-0, ricers, or was it american muscle?

Alicia, I would shy away from rat poison... that's not the dog's fault, it's the owner. Why hurt a dog for it? The last trick might work as well.

Dan.... Go for what you want. If you really are dead set on the blue, get it. At least you'd basically be the only one with it. Yes, others have it, but none of us in the group do, so that would be cool. If the color wasn't that big an issue, I'd be up at Young chevy in Jenette getting that silver G85. OH.. Dan... lovely Kim at TJs is no longer there She got a real job.

OK... well, the clouds are scaring me here. I hope it won't rain. JUst saw the KDKA weather, and there's a band of storms coming thru in the next hour or so, SO, hopefully they'll be out before long.

All of the above.

Dan took off after some kids in an S2K. That just ended in them pulling in and asking about his car.

There was a bad ass Audi. Dan raced it and got smoked. The thing was sick. The guy was cool though. He was impressed by the Saturn.

Some Camaro pulled in and did donuts in the front of Pep Boys then peeled out and left. Shaun raced it later and hung with it and then walked it.... which lead to Dan challenging the guy from a roll. Dan walked it and crushed his dreams. There were some 5.0s hanging with him too... but they kinda just buzzed around like annoying little flies.

Civic SI kept rolling through but we didn't get him. There were ricers up the road so Karla, Wes, and I took off to go up and try to bait them out. When we took off, an undercover cop pulled a u-turn and followed us. We scattered and then met back up across the road... only to be yelled at by some turds. Then we went and hung out at Sheetz.

I'm sure I missed something. Definitely the most action we've seen at Pep Boys.

That .....is.... classic

Glad to see that everyone got to get in on the playing ( Well at least those that wanted to ) and I'm sure it was fun. Ahhh to be young and fearless.... hehehehe

That would've been funny for sure to see the look on the Camaro's face after he gets beat by "only a 4 cyl". Toooo TOoooo funny.

Was the Audi that bright yellow S4??? that was a stout sounding car.

Well, whoever shows today can fill me in on the rest. Sounds like I'm glad I left... I would've shat myself. Honestly, after the Camaro did hiw thing in the lot, I would've seen things going south and left anyway...lol

Everything is still on for 3PM today. Not sure how the weather will cooperate, but I have a covered back porch with seating , so while I can't fit 20 people on it, there is enough for a nice crowd.

If anyone wants to bring chips, or pretzels or nachos and salsa or something.... that's cool. I forgot to pick that up last night, but I got burgers and dogs.

Later

That is BS....

ThAT is why cops crack down on people sitting places after they close. For every group taht sits there and minds their own biz... there is one out there that has to ruin it for people.

I just talked to Wes via txt messaging, and apparently he and Dan are out shopping as we speak. I think he's looking at one, but not sure 100% don't know where they're looking either.

We'll see if Dano shows at the cookout with his current SS, or something new...lol

me and shaun took a drive around pep boys, we did not see any spray paint or any evidence of a clean up from a vandalism. only a couple trays, a couple plastic bottles and of course the donuts.

wow... must be nice.

So what did everyone do after Ice cream last night????

I cleaned up and got hungry again @ 8PM, but since it was raining, I didn't grill again.

It's a shame you guys left.... the nieghbor over the hill had a bass ass fireworks display going on. Bad enough that it kept me awake between the BRIGHT colors and the loud bangs. Jasper was freaking out.

Not to mention I think Bailey tired both dogs out as well. Blizzard just passed out aroun 7:30 and was OUT COLD until 2am...

Yay. I found a supercharger for $400. That's part 1 of the puzzle.

Work is boring today.

We went back to Dave's and played video games, then we watched the fireworks on the big screen, then played more video games.

BTW Dave, your phone SUCKS. I tried calling you again after I got off the bus (was about 4:25) and it must not have rang again, it just rang about 5 or 6 times and went to voice mail. I tried it like 3 times since I wanted to catch you b4 work.

So, does this mean the 2.4 is staying?

I saw a purple SS/SC eastbound on 30 at about 4:15 today; thought maybe you'd made the trade!!

I broke my phone, FTW. I hate that Razr. Sadly I am buying another one. Anyone know where I can get one cheap, Cingular will charge me like 200 for one.

LOL random work rant

OK, so I haven't been punching a time clock or anything at work. I work on average 10 hours/week, which is what I'm supposed to work. It's a grant-funded project so you get paid for 10 hours and no more. Well sometimes I work extra to get stuff done, other times I leave early, but it averages out to 10 hours, so my boss just puts my time in as 10 hours/week. So this little Jewish guy, Errol (we call him Error), keeps bugging my boss about my hours and why I haven't been submitting my time sheets.

So I go talk to him. He's like "I don't know about the time sheet program, but you need to submit your time sheets." "Yeah, but I need to know how to work the program, I don't have any way to log in or do anything." "OK, but you need to send your timesheets in, they're due tomorrow." "I know this, but I can't use the program." "Right, that doesn't matter so long as you turn them in tomorrow." "OK, so who do I give them to." "You don't give them to anyone, you submit them through Chronos." "Yeah, I'm not set up in Chronos, that's what I'm telling you." "Oh. OK. Go see Jeff." So, I go see Jeff and tell him I need to talk to him about Chronos. He's like "I'm a hardware guy, I make sure the printers and scanners and computers are all getting along, I don't do any of the programs. You need to talk to Errol."

The beauty of working in a cube farm:
I walk back to my desk and scream. Rob ask what's wrong, I just said I wished someone would go beat the **** out of Error because he's so stupid. I get about 7 answers from neighboring cubes: "OOOOOH! Pick me! I'll do it! Yeah! He's a moron! I'll hit him too!!!! Hey I wanna help!"
