Watkins Glenn opening day! Get on the track!
Hey guys, This is the Final Watkins Glen E-mail
I couldn't get enough people to commit to bringing food for the BBQ so I'm canceling the BBQ part of it. There are plenty of places to get food in the village or even at the track. so bring extra money$$$$$$
Here is what's going down.
Our appointment is April 24th at 2:00pm. We are doing a total of 9 Laps for $50.
Track rules are as follows:
These are paced laps at 55mph (I will tell you that last year this was not true. There were some parts of the track where I had my baby up to 110mph easily)
It's not a race! NO PASSING!!!!, NO ******* AROUND (you **** up your car it's your responsibility not the tracks, basically.....don't be stupid)
Enjoy it. Not many people get time on the track to do this and say that they drove their car on Watkins Glen Race Track
Where we will meet.
Guys coming from Buffalo and Rochester. We will be meeting at the Macys parking lot at
672 Eastview Mall Drive Victor, NY 14564-1029
Be there at 12:00 noon sharp! I will be there at 11:30 am in case you want to show up early.(my crew from Rochester is leaving at 12:10pm we will not wait for you)
From Eastview Mall it is 1hr 30min drive time. We will not be taking toll roads.
If you are coming from the southern tier or eastern NY meet here at 1:30pm(no later we will not wait for you)

Last but not least. BRING FRIENDS!!! EVEN IF THEY DON'T HAVE A COBALT! THIS IS OPEN TO EVERYONE!
