This poll is for the Long Island guys that are going to the August 1st meet.
I'm not sure how many people are going to want to meet up with this shitty weather today, so I figured I would make this poll to help avoid any confusion.
I'm going to assume that we are all going to meet up at Hollywood Video on Sunrise Hwy in Lindenhurst.http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&sour...8&z=13&iwloc=A Whatever time we decide to leave, please try to show up at Hollywood Video at least 30 minutes ahead of time.

 

If I were you guys I would leave no later than 8am just 'cause there tends to be a shitload of traffic southbound on the NJ Turnpike 'cause of all the New Yorkers headin to the beaches. Just keep that in mind. With an early start you guys shouldn't have any problems.

I would suggest that we leave at 7 the latest and possibly even 6. Its aproximately a 3 hour trip from the meeting spot to the meet. I'm also 100% positive we will be making multiple stops along the way. Some of us don't smoke in our cars *Frank* and we will also have several females coming along as well. *This is not a sexist comment, but we all know you ladies need to use restroom facilities quite often on a road trip!*
I'm also guessing that we might want to check into the Hotel prior to going to the meet. This will also eat up more time.

 

I voted 9a.m., but I forgot about stopping a few times, so maybe we meet up at 7a.m. & leave around 7:30a.m.?

But, we will all meet up at Ruby's tonight to discuss. We'll go inside & talk if it rains.

i say we meet up around 7:30 and roll out by 8.... even with it being summer and everything there shouldnt be to much traffic on a saturday morning

 

being that it is summer and its a saturday morning, there soon always be traffic. the later the worse.

funny leading up to it i thought it was going to be a peice of cake jumping out but once the plane gets off the ground its a whole different story lmao. you def wont back out but its an awesome rush when u jump out..Since they dont tell you, ill give you a heads up when ur free fallin (without the parachute) just take deep breaths cuz its gonna seem like u cant breath good and will be gasping for air lol especially if u hit a cloud but once the parachute opens its awesome...Also get the video and pictures! i know there expensive (another 110+) but definitley worth it if its your first time!!

lol hell yeah ill do it again, maybe not for another year or 2 tho...The guys name that jumped with me was Dunkin and i def recomend him hopefully u get him hes really cool and will point out alot of stuff on the plane and when ur in the air.

Were shooting to be on the road by 6:30am.
You will be left behind if you are not there. You snooze you loose.
Were going to be stopping for breakfast once we get out of the city, and onto the turnpike.
Make sure you do your morning coffee runs before 6am.
