I will be tearing my cobalt into pieces on Friday night. If all goes well it will be back together late Friday so that Saturday can be used for washing, cruising and pictures.

Yea it should be interesting to say the least. Transmission swap, new clutch and flywheel, new coilover top plates, new rear springs, 4 wheel brake pads, stainless steel brake lines, full brake fluid flush with some better fluid that hopefully won't boil. Umm sure we'll call it fun haha.

Its cool! i wish i could attend on Sat... but im going to look at cobalts with my g/f for her on sat :-( down in Elmira.... Hopefully she will be getting one

 

I'll show up for saturday @ como. I'll have a decent camcorder with me that I'm using for a video project for school as well as my DSLR so if anyone would like additional photos or video, you can PM me or just ask me there to make arrangements. I'll probably be the only guy with a G8 there.

Also, if anyone is into disc golf, the course there is one of the better ones in the area and I'll be playing either before or after the cruise.

Yikes. I expected it would be soggy but not downright unplayable still. Regardless, I'll still probably bring my discs even if only half the holes are playable just so I can get back into practice. Do you know if any of the local courses are completely playable yet?
