i live in tonawanda, i wanted to go to the last meet cause yings is like 2 miles from my house, but i had to work. and my classes ended monday, so if everyone else doesnt have class or work on weekdays we get one going then.

 

that would be cool a weekly or biweekly meets.

 

Weekdays blow for me. I'm down for Friday night or Saturday night meets only.

 

fridays are good, and saturdays i can after work which is like 11:30.

 

biweekly friday nights work for me.

 

I'm pretty much down for whatever day. Sleep is overrated anyways ha ha.

Im with both you, i have had like 7 hours of sleep in the last 3 days and im all jacked up on coffee, i have a 10 page paper for due on monday.

 

so we gunna have meets every other friday? maybe starting in the new year or maybe next friday? let me know?

i doubt we would do meets every other friday. once a month seems more realistic to me. but just so everyone knows, MAY is going to be the BIG meet. possibly the biggest of the year. dont worry though, ill be letting everyone know when we get closer to may.. ill post a new thread about this also when the time comes.

 

If we can come up with a date a month or so before hand for MAY ....... it will help make sure my wife doesn't make any ****** plans for me lol. I'm hoping to have my GMPP anti wheel hop kit in by then so we need a place to test it out hehe.

 

exact date will be the 3rd sat of the month. MAY 16TH to be exact. its going to be big because it will not be just cobalts. if everyone comes like they should, expect 30 people at the minimum.

 

hey guys. im new to the cobalt ss world and was wondering about these meets and where everyone goes during the summer for the car shows? does anyone go to lancaster for the shows out there?

 

Car shows are kind of lame around here. Meets happen all over. There's NYSpeed meets at Mighty Taco on Sheridan and Eggert and at Southgate Plaza. Both happen at night in the summer. Random nights.

As far as organized meets we'll figure that out after the new year, once all the stress and commotion of the holidays is over with.

 

Ya we did. I should go out and rev my car til its out of gas(no cat/exhaust) and start yelling about global warming, calling Al Gore a mother ******* liar and damnin green peace to the darkest parts of hell.....
