Anyone know how the mosquito termination is going? Haven't heard much since they stopped the overhead sprays, I've been in Portland.

 

Mosquito thing still up for debate and all but right now the damn fires are out of control, valley looks like crap, cant see, breath, nothing. So you make it to canyon county at all?

 

Went to the BSU/Oregon game the other night. You're right about the smoke. Couldn't even see the foothills. ESPN even commented about it.

Manual boost controller your ss/sc? lol. we will have to meet up one of these weekends. Engine is almost done, just waiting on it to get honed, hopefully today. Then it will take me about a week to break it in and a conservative tune on 15psi. then ill be going to washington for a real tune.

 

well i'm not sure how it'll work on a turboed car... but it added a couple pounds of boost to mine.. made a pretty big difference... my buddies stage 1 srt-4 used to beat me by about 5 and he only got me by about 1 and 1/2 to 150 from a dig

 

Sounds like your just doing a boost bypass mod. A stage1 srt is beating your 2.8"? Damn dude, you gotta get a custom tune, you should be taking him.

I just looked at your pics. i havent seen your car around town, you go downtown often?

 

yea man... i got downtown all the time.... i got some new wheels makes the car look completely different... but this srt wass a stage 3, then the guy put the stock turbo back on and retuned it... but it has the big injectors, intakes, different ignition and a completely built bottom end....

i got to lookin and its a 3" pulley.... my mistake.... but his car was a completely built stage 3 with the previous owner... before that guy sold it he put the smaller turbo back on and retuned the ECU that is why it was so freakishly fast... but that car is gone now...

 

man im still waiting on my clutch... 2 months now and it hasnt come in. i wanna get out there so badly...

New to the Forum. I have a 2006 Black SS/SC. Absolutely loving the car. I also race a sprint car out at Meridian Speedway. Will get pics up as soon as the weather gets nice enough to do a shoot.

Would be sweet if we could get a bunch of balts together for a meet.
