So I took her in again this morning for the Dealer repair mod. Not sure if you guys know what that is, it's supposed to add about 10psi of boost
Sunday leaving the hospital she pop'd a CEL and wouldn't boost over 6-7ish psi. Got up the next morning and took her in, they cleared some codes (lean fuel trim, low fuel press. and something else) test drove her and called it good. Tue I was running to wally world and she wouldn't boost, no CEL though. Well last night on my way to work she pop'd the CEL again, I stopped for gas (Chevron) and she didn't want to start. I finally get her going and get on to the 512, no boost still, get off at McChord and decide to head to taco bell. At no point did I turn the car off after gassing up but some how leaving taco bell I made boost all the way to work, CEL still on. So after work I dropped her off at Parkland Chevy.
I hope they can get her back to me soon, anybody got any thoughts on what it could be? I checked all my hoses and connections before taking her in and everything seemed solid, I'm stock except for a K&N.

Do you have an SS/TC or SC?
If it's a TC and you had the GM Stage 1 kit installed and its doing that, tell them to check the wiring and the TMAP sensors.
A TMAP on my HHR went out and I had occasionally CELs but most of the time it'd be stuck at about 5psi and wouldn't go any further and drove like crap.
