ya...i was going to be there..but i need to pick this up asap as part of the deal...so to tri cities i go :P





and ****, dont preach to me about showing up to meets...ive been to more actual meets then anyone in this area....and for 2+ years i set them up (when we had people that would show up)... I stopped setting them up because people wouldnt show...

 

LOL at all you guys.

I drove all the way from duvall for all the meets yet some or most cant drive when its 10minutes from there house. Plus most these meets are not well planned as they change halfway or right as everybody meets.

It would be nice to meet up at a legit spot, talk and hangout, snap some photos, maybe grill or what not like we did at Owens Beach. Then cruise on the freeway take some pics and vids then cruise to another spot and possibly get some pics and then see where people wanna go from there.

Toy Run will most like rain anyways lol.

 

can a meet be 3-4 cars? cuz i think me and alex might have you lol

Right now the weather report says sunny on Sat. I can meet anywhere

I'm just thinking at that park & ride because so many others where there. But this time leave with the other 100 cars in the lot and cruz with them instead of 3-6 cars by ourselves.

Southcenter's ok but than means a 13 mile drive north to meet up to drive 13 miles south so it doesn't make much sense for me. Especially because by Sat. it'll probably only be me going.

Why not meet at the Supermall, its only a 15 min drive to SIR. Just a thought.

 

me,andy,brant are meeting up at southcenter so sag you are more then welcome to meet up with us and rob maybe we can mob down to the park and ride to get you, there was hella cars there and itd be nice to ride out with a bunch of random cars so we can get some cobalt owning on some other forums and youtube lol.

 

What time are you rolling out, swing by me and Ron will mob up with you.

Anyone from Tacoma south headed to southcenter to meet up (Besides Brian)? I started to think about the cruzing aspect of things instead of location. Especially after seeing all the people on other boards and what their plans are. Looks like the WRX club is meeting at KK in tacoma, lots of clubs meeting at the P&R in Lynwood, the BMW group has two meeting places and plan to be at the Kent P&R around 10:30 etc etc.

maybe a caravan from the southend to Southcenter and back? FYI I saw the rx-8 club is meeting at southcenter.

 

im spending the night in redmond so im not going back to tac, the honda guys are also meeting at southcenter

Brian? What time are you meeting up at SC? Assuming the P&R is as full as it was last year it would be very cool to hook up with those guys right?

So if that's the plan I think I saw on the BMW board they were going to leave the P&R around 11:15- 11:30 So meet at SC at around 10:30-10:45 and head south to the P&R and get there about 11:00ish

What do you all think?

HAHA.... NOW for the guys heading north to SC do you want to hook up for the drive to SC? If so where? SuperMall, rest stop in Fife, Costco in Fed. Way??? probably meet up @10-10:15 at either of those locations.


This is starting to remind me of My Chevelle days when we would just park on the shoulder of the freeway until the convoy went by and fall in.

 

So i talked to brian earlier and being hes in redmond and im in duvall. Im meeting him in redmond then i think were goin to SC.
Havent talked to andy since he left for cali, idk for sure if hes goin, might have another buddy coming with me too.

The thing is the Park N Ride is always jam packed and a bitch to get out of, were better off just waiting on the side of the road for everybody to leave then follow a crowd out. Half us get lost leaving out of there and half cant even park next to eachother.

We need a final count of for sure people that want or can meet at SC and the others we can meet later or get #'s and go from there.

Brian and myself are for sure coming...........

I was planing on going until my boss said that hes needs me on sat. I was hoping to get to see some other cobalts there is nothing but trucks out here. Maybe some other time. Good news is my ZZP DP came today!!

 

Alex- Since **** isn't going to make it how about the reststop in fife 10:30?

Great event, great cause, and lots of cool and extremely fast cars. I realize I have along way to go to be in the same league with some of cars that turned out.
