I spoke with one of the meet coordinators yesterday and we discussed the possibility of a joint meet in northern california. We would make this on a long weekend since it is a long cruise. Please vote on where to meet Here. We will be having a cruise, some huge pics, and a large bbq. We could get some good group rates on some hotel rooms and stay down there. We have been thinking about doing this after winter, earliest being pres weekend in feb and even as late as the 4th of july weekend. There are no specifics as of yet, but would like to see who else is in for a trip. They are 50+ strong down there and this could turn into a VERY large meet. So as a prelim, lets see who is at least interested.

Tom we were actually gonna travel up north more if u guys dont want to come more south i was thinking the reading area i was just telling my guys that if they wanted we can make a pit stop in my old neck of the woods and cruise but if u wanna come down to sacramento that would be cool too i just think up north more will have better cruise spots and views with better pics then ur normal in the city pics

Napa Valley or Sonoma could be a cool place to go. Close to San Fran, Sacramento. Great roads, tons of stuff to do for all, and maybe a trip to the drag strip?

 

How about Monterey? Laguna Seca is close. Also HWY 1 is the apitome (sp) of cruising roads. Also, I was planning a NW meet to include the B.C. area folks. Could we get that one going? The B.C. folks have been having a hard time getting anything planned/organized. Then we could get some people from that meet to go to Cali with us. Just a thought.

 

I will have a lengthy talk with raven from socal and we can see where is best. It really depends on how for we are willing to travel. PM me some more info on the BC meet, I have some questions for you on this SS2SS.
