Relocating to Everett area
Hey all,
I am going to be relocating for a new job in Everett the end of September. Where would be the best place and direction to live for the lightest traffic flow? I would like to have a 30 min or less commute. Marysville, Lake stevens, or south?

North is going to be better. I grew up in Marysville. lake stevens wouldnt be a bad idea either.
You could look south as well though (mill creek, bothell, lynnwood, etc) Depends on what your looking for really lol

Marysville is probly one of the safest placest around here I know. Nice community. Everything North is a little bit spendy, but I suppose that depends on what your used to. Looking for house or apartment?

I had a house in Marysville for 10 yrs
great place. Loved the access to the beach about 4 to 5 miles.
All of greater Seattle is 5 or so degrees colder and overcast skies is the norm.
My car is finally back on the road after a complete redo of turbo stuff plus ported head

definitely go farther north. the best areas around here are marysville and lake stevens. quiet and safe. not too far away from everything you need, either. been living in everett for 3 years, and always wanted to move up there.
