hey so I've been apart of this site for a little while now and there have been some posts that have Acronyms in them I don't understand I just thought it would be a good idea for anyone that is having trouble with what some mean to post it in here and get a quick responce back instead of wondering what they mean

I was wondering what the 56k= death, or 56K be carefull, means I've seen that a few times, and don't know what that means, can anyone help me out????

 

meaning if you have a 56k internet connection it will take about 4 days to load the thread due to pictures or videos....

 

means the thread has many pictures and will take forever to load on a 56k modem

 

the 56K = Death threads usually have alot of pictures in them & will take a long time to load on people using dial up internet
