i have called and left my number asking for a status update multiple times( both with the office phone and your business cell) and i haven't gotten any response yet. when i placed my order i specifically called in and asked about the parts i was purchasing, and i was assured that all items were in stock and would most likely ship out within 2 days........it has been 2 weeks, if things are out of stock or whatever please have the decency to tell me and give me a status update....that's all i ask.........

Completely my fault, I thought we were waiting on an ecu from you and when I just went over the order I noticed I was wrong. I have upgraded your shipping to 2nd day air and have included a fuel pump re-wire kit at no cost to you. I am tuning the pcm right now and should have this on the ups truck in an hour. Sorry about the mixup. I'll give you a phone call also.

very professional if you ask me. took blame (even if it was his or not) apologized twice. gave something free to customer free of charge to the customer...!

i work at customer service myself and this, my friend, is a great example of it!

Waiting like always but Josh does me solid like he has the past 9 times lol. I really could use a new set of brakes though before i can't stop one of these days along with the sway bar!
