I order 250 Dollars worth of stuff from them a MONTH ago. UPS lost the package, JOSH said he shipped another package out THAT DAY. He obliviously did NOT. He has been avoiding me, He locked my account on their site. I called him today, when he answered the phone he HUNG up on me like a little girl. Im only about 3 hours away from OTTP. Im really considering taking a little drive over there to get my money back IN PERSON. Ive really dealt with you guys enough. No one i know will ever do business with you again. Ive seen COUNTLESS other threads that have been complaining about these guys, Its about time that css does something about it. Who wants to take a ROAD TRIP

u know why threads like these keep going and going and poping up? its because someone decided to ban the best mod they had cuz his account got hacked so instead of putting him back as a mod they promote 3-4 dumb asses who think striking ALT + F4L at the same time maximizes the window.

Just so everyone can see this. This is the email i recieved from ups today just a bit ago allowing me to start the claim.

This claim has been processed and is in the hands of UPS for the next 24 hrs. Once we have the go ahead we can resolve this.

Look at how many complaints there are about OTTP. Ive had people pm me saying theyre still waiting for their **** ie a tvs ordered 3 weeks ago. No one answers the damn phones around there. And if you kids wanna keep putting up with all the bullshit then feel free, support a vendor that has TERRIBLE customer service, and loses more packages than ive ever heard of in my life.
