lol at a payment plan.

OTT i have a few questions about that . I myself am not looking to make payments but im just curious.
1. what are you getting out of the payment plan?
2. What happens if the customer starts missing payments?
3. is there going to be interest rates? Is it going to be interest free for a set period of time?
4. If i made 3 payments and something came up can i have a full refund with no charge?
5.Is thereSome form of binding agreement that states where going to be doing payments?.

oh dont get me wrong its a great idea but , installments with a group of people never end well . What are the guidelines because they obviously need some.

Me and Josh have breifly talked this over and nothing is set in stone yet so this could be subject to change.

To my knowledge it would be something to the effect of a extra 100 once all is said and done. There will be no interest or anything like that just say a extra 10 bucks a payment for doing to plan.

The first payment (lets say you spent 3k on everything and split 10 payments) is non refundable just to make sure you are serious about this, as are 10% of each following payment. If a customer starts missing payments then we will try to resolve the confilct if not we have to look out for what is best for our interest.

We have not drawn anything up yet like say a contract but that may be something we look into as this will be a large scale purchase.

Darkmanx, its like Layaway.

lets say it will cost 2000 total, you will make 10 payments of 200.
the TVS is broken into 10 "pieces" and you pay for each peice as you can. once you finish paying it all, the TVS is sent to you!

. Look into faxing them a contract and having them sign it before you start the payment plan or you might also want to make the payment plan only available via phone and record the conversations. My name is x , y,z and read them the contract and have them agree to the terms. I remeber the incident you guys had with that canadian guy and dont want to to be a bigger one with law suits and all that because you guys where trying to be helpful.

I know its a lawaway , you still need terms for that as well. Read the questions i posted. what happens if the people cant make the 10 payments etc etc . you think ott should just say hey we order the tvs from harrop but heres all your money back and we will just absorb the cost?

Dont make it that hard. Clear Image is doing this already - you should call them up and see how they set it up. It's easy.

Haha, well of course it's more in depth than that. I typed that before i saw Sean post. I agree with you on that, they have to make sure people don't screw them over as well.

Relax bro. always on edge.
