06 cobalt 2.2 turbo kit. need to sell 1000.00 + shipping. tampa fl

this is a complete turbo kit off of a 2006 chevy cobalt 2dr lt 2.2 ecotec with an automatic. most turbo parts are generic. welding was done by an amateur. paypal gift accepted. 1000.00 + shipping. no less. wont find a better deal especially with all the extras. its still on the car and its my daily driver.

gt35 turbo
emusa wastegate set to 12 psi boost
blow off valve
ugly log manifold
custom intake manifold with extra injector setup
custom made extra injector fuel rail with fuel line
extra injectors are 36 lbs injectors
underdog racing development extra injector controller and tuning software (i started tuning but didnt have the msd tach driver installed so the tune installed is very rich. this will get you started)
msd dis tach driver
all exhaust components are connected with v band clamps for easy removal
emusa intercooler
all boost piping
all clamps and coupler hoses
maf sensor relocated as a blow through

i will throw in the 2.5 exhaust and the oil pan with welded -8 an fitting if you swap me with your stock oil pan and exhaust.

this is a bolt on kit. although the turbo works fine, i do recommend a turbo rebuild as it is a used turbo and you never know. engine wiring harness modification is required. it has been on my vehicle for 1.5 years/4000 miles.

ive been trying to sell the car for a few months with the turbo on it but im not having any luck so im removing the turbo kit and selling the car to purchase a truck.

I don't believe that he was trying to be rude. Honestly with something like this it wouldn't be a bad idea to clean it up, to present it a little better. Just trying to help, GLWS

when you get everything off the car and I can see it all in good pictures I will be more interested. Still am just spent a bunch of money on coilovers so I can't afford turbo til the fall

its still on the car and wont be removed until this weekend so cleanup will happen then. looking for a quicker purchase than the fall this is the reason for the low price.

if i had the money i would buy it but how hard was it to turbo a 2.2 auto cobalt was there a lot of tuning because i heard it was hard to make the transmission shift right with turbos

what shift issues are you talking about? i currently have no issues with the auto trans and the turbo has been on the car for 1.5 years. you might come into problems if you boost too high but with low boost ive been ok. trifecta is the only tuning option for 05/06 2.2 cobalts as there is no hptuner support. i went with an extra injector controller because i wanted the freedom of tuning when i wanted to and not have to order from trifecta every time i made a change at a cost of 250.00 a pop.

Its my daily driver so I prefer auto plus its a bit more consistant as there is no chance of mis-shifts.
