Same place as stock. A 3" intake will rub a tad against it, but I have no issues in 20k with it on.

The intake barely gets by. For me, the abs got in the way with the intake. Made putting on my K&N intake a bitch and a half.

So you have the active handling on yours? I was doing my supercharger install this weekend and installed that tube on my 09 with active handling. The connector on the EBCM was sticking up too far and could not get it on. I had to take the TB off, install intake hose on TB and then bolt TB back on!

Don Juan-It comes with the heat exchanger but you would need a throttle body.

x8xViperx6x-It has a little over 30,000 miles.

I really need at least 1500 and I figured I wouldn't get more than 250 for the supercharger so that the best I could do.

What else (besides a tune) and the tb would you need to make this work?
