i have two ss/tc wheels off my 08 ss. they have some minor damage to them and i took pics of all the damage. the only damage that you can't see because its very hard to tell is they were cleaned with a brillo pad at one point in time and there is a couple spots where you can tell if you are right up on the wheel. you really have to look at it from a certain angle to be able to see it. its not that bad at all. the only bad parts are what i took pics of.
i just polished them with mothers polish and they look a lot better than what they did.

they do have tires on them and you are more than welcome to have the tires as well. there isn't a whole lot of tread left on them though. it would really just jack up the shipping price and personally i don't think its worth it, but if you want them, you can have them.
