No, it's made for the GM 4-bolt hub.

I got the pump from Ford Racing Parts and Accessories at great prices

Pretty sure the mounts fit all cobalts

I take it you dont have the hub do you? Im looking around for just the hub, i have the pulley just not the hub lol.

no hub :-( hit up Nate from Smoothflow Pulleys, thats who I got mine from... great guy.
