email ark and see if you can send yours back for a replacement 7mm one if yours is unopened.

 

i did already and i'm waiting for the response but you know how on the listing is say's their not responsible for the wrong one but i'll give it a try

So im guessing ur reception wont be the same as factory when tuned to the radio

 

I've never had any problems with reception on mine...

 

i really don't know i hope everything works fine because the little bracket is so cheap i just pushed it and it broke so then i went to the dealer and asked for the part and he said GM replaced that part with the 7mm bracket so i was stuck but the antenna cable fits with no problem so i'm guessing its fine, and while i was with no antenna i drove the car like that and i still got good reception as if i had an antenna like said before i guess its only when you go into certain places that it fades away.

 

i have one on my 07 and my reception is perfect and i live about 45 mins away from the radio stations i listen to.

Fedex will charge you an arm and a leg to ship to Canada, if he does buy it your best bet is to use usps

ya, its cheap on your end... but when I get it at my door Fedex will charge me much more for duty and brokerage... so it's only a deal if you can do USPS. I mean I am paying $11 for shipping, hence the $45... which should more than cover expenses if shipped regular mail in a small package. let me know what you think
