Do not buy from bamfnss. shes a scammer. she was selling stuff a while back and after receiving money she never sent anything, and has since closed her account. she also hasnt been on the forum for like a month. just a warning to everyone buying stuff on here. dont get hosed like i did

same with me... i don't think i've ever bought from someone that hasn't had at least 1500 posts... not to say that a lot of posts mean anything, but if someone has 3,000 posts they're less likely to just disapear.

 

not just that but did you get pictures of what ever you were going to buy ?

 

How did you pay? If you paid by PayPal, file a dispute. If your credit card is involved, file a dispute with them. If you sent a check - WATCH YOUR BANK ACCOUNT. She can in theory use your check to purchase stuff with your bank account online.

 

i saw pictures, i used paypal, and a credit card. i've done all of the above and just found out today she closed her bank account. oh well. it was 100 bucks but i guess its a lesson learned the hard way.

Post count doesn't mean everything; I've bought and sold at least 6 things I can think of off the top of my head just fine. Just do everything through paypal, and look up their account info etc... and if you used paypal jeremie, you can file a claim through them.....

 

Just cause someone has 1500 post doesn't mean they won't scam you.
I think i got taken by someone with a pretty good rep around these parts. I won't say anything else until I know for sure what my situation is.

 

That's the beauty of having Bank Routing and Account Numbers on the bottom of the checks. Silly idea that with todays technology they couldn't some up with a more secure method.

i had 50 posts when i was sellin some coilovers...some lady sent me the money 150 bux/money order,and after i receiced the money,i noticed that the coils where missin some parts,so i told her ill send her money order back and 2 days later she PM's me and tells me thank you for bein honest

I'll FedEx you a napkin that I wiped my ass with...make sure you find her and smack her in the face with it and yell "DANZA!" when you do so.

 

I would do the pay half now and then the other half when you get the part type of agreement. that way you can see that you get the part and make sure its the same as they told you before the run with all your money. I know most sellers don't like this because they may not get the other half but i think 99% of the people on here are not douche bags and will pay the other half.
