Back again...with parts not sold from last year= BIG discounts.

Some of you might remember me from my FS thread around this time last year. Some of you might even have uttered more than a few curse words at me for my lack of response to PM's from around March. Well, I am very truly sorry for that. I was called away to the Middle East (not in the military) for about 8 months and had very little contact with the outside world.
Anyway, I know I said that I was in no rush to sell them and would let them sit forever if I felt like it, but I need the room in my garage so I’m slashing my asking prices in half or better. The goody, go fast, parts were quickly sold, but there are still some nice parts here.
Thanks for taking a look. If you have any questions or want to contact me outside of PM’s, my e-mail is: rich_993tt@hotmail.com

Do those rims clear brembos? if so ill take em

EXsoccer1921 12-30-2011 03:46 PM

amazing prices man. wish you were closer cause that shipping is turning me away hahah.

but yeah you're gonna need to post pictures of the items with your username visible on a piece of paper.

Boober 12-30-2011 04:01 PM

These are some older pictures but I will take new ones with my username if that's the "new" thing. I just went into my garage and looked at the Rial's and even though they have been sitting in my garage and out of the weather for over a year, that strange spider webbing stuff has gotten worse! The polished lips will need to have the clearcoating removed and then they metal will need to be sanded and buffed (or you could just paint them I guess). I'm dropping the price to $200.00

It looks like they just have clearcoat on the lips, might actually have silver paint and clear coat. I just scraped on one of the webs and it is definitely the clearcoating that has bubbled up, because it is easy to remove, but it will need to be done to each wheel lip. The centers are in great shape by the way. I will get new pictures up asap, please be patient ;).

edit: if I had time, or if it were me buying them, I think I might just sand the lips and paint them silver.

Oh, sorry. I haven't got a clue if they clear Brembo's. What kit? do the stock SS/SC wheels clear? Who even makes a kit with Brembo's? Maybe they could answer that question.

Not to get off topic, but I tracked my Cobalt for 3 years with the GM PP slotted front rotors, street/track pads, good fluid, and braided lines and NEVER had any issues on track. Is it mostly for appearance?

Which wheels? (i'm assuming the Rial's) Sure, you're fairly local, I could probably meet you.

Totally forgot about SS/TC. It's been a while since I was in the community! I got several PM's and e-mails and i will answer each one as soon as I'm home tonight. As a general statement of my practices, I sell on first come, first served basis.

sternerG85SC 12-31-2011 07:37 AM

daaaaam.. im in PA... i bought a set of those rims... just rims for $400 shipped. they are mint tho. but hell of a good deal on those. i get lots of compliments on how they look. FYI gonna cost 80-100 for shipping. best bet is to ship one rim in each box unless you can sell local. guy who sold me mine spent $20 per rim on 2 rims. then tried saving $$$ by boxing up 2 together and ended up costing him $60 to ship 2 in one single box  costed him an extra 20bucks
