Anyone seen or heard from this guy? I purchased the second set of wheels from him that he had for sell off a ss/na. I haven't been able to contact him nor have i heard from him. He gave me tracking numbers for the wheels, well the tracking numbers weren't right. So i have no idea where the wheels are or if he just took my money and ran! I still haven't recieved the wheels and its been a month!

Well, a MO didn't sound bad bc i have bought parts off ebay, here, camaroz28.net and thirdgen.org all w/MO's and have never had a problem... So i didn't figure i would have any trouble.....

wow, as many have said. I hope if any good comes of this its that people learn never EVER pay for anything over the net with unvarifyed people by money order. there are scams all over ebay like this. I almost fell for it once but it seemed to good to be tru. I search ebay for cheap stuff thats listed wrong to resell it. I make rediculus offers for low amounts. I bid like 200.00 on a in dash dvd player. well somone outbid me. and i never thought much of it. about a week later I get an e-mail from the seller saying The guy that bought it didint pay and he really needed to sell it. I was the second highest bidder and by e-bay rules he had to sell it to me. Alls I had to do was send a M/O...... hummmm I dont think so buddy. I turned him in and he got busted... Sorry if it seems like Im thred jacking but I thought it was a helpful tid bit. Sorry bout your luck man. It will turn around.

 

seriously, you should have checked his other posts too. people had already predicted he was a scam. sending a m/o to a random guy is destined for trouble.

 

Well i purchased one initially for my lil sis bc she curbed a rim.... That transaction went smoothly and was quick. Then he had another set, a complete set for sale. I though hmmm, why not since i need a set of wheels for winter and i've already delt w/him once. The second time around wasn't such a good idea.... BTW i'm not on here to complain about the money, i'm just warning other members so they dont get stiffed. So i'm not needin a lecture about how i shouldn't have done this and shouldn't have done that..... yada yada

damn dude, sorry for you lack of luck...props for a heads up. if you paid via paypal i believe you can request the money back or something like that...dispute or something. Maybe you can call UPS or Fedex or whatever and see if they can find the package by looking up his address...
