Ok so im at it again... looking to sell some stuff and trade cars with someone. but he wants supercharged only right now im twincharged. so im selling a complete twincharged/turbo kit minus turbo intake mani i traded that already when i went twincharged.
i started with a hahn level 5 turbo kit and started optimizing it shortly after. switching turbo's and exh mani so i could run ext waste gate + 50mm bov and went to T-bolt clamps!
here is what im selling,
ZZP T3 turbo mani with 38mm ext waste gate
Bullseye S256 60 trim turbo with .55 a/r & .70 a/r for quick spool or massive top end im incl both!
Hahn 600hp air to air intercooler
Hahn turbo piping kit
50mm Bov
Oil feed & return line i have the hahn no drill or the set up for a tapped pan incl both
Hahn 3" O2 housing w extra bung for wideband a/f ratio sensor
Hanh 3" catless down pipe
T-bolt clamps all around
Flexible SS wastegate dump tube for external or recirc can do either its plumbed both ways
3" flexible intake tube with 3" K&N filter
I started with the hahn level 5 kit so everything is direct bolt on. i bought a way better turbo and a new exh mani so i could run external wastegate. Hahn is internal wastegate, if you ask around the bullseye turbo is capable of 550whp the hahn S20g was only good to 375whp. so basically its a hahn/hybrid kit minus the street race intake mani which i traded already.
vulcon turbo or rd fabs sells turbo mani for about 600-700 and then you could bolt up everything and have one of the best custom turbo kit out there and for way cheaper than hahns $4250 + shipping which is what i paid + 1500 for the turbo, extra hot side and external wastegate exh mani.
here are just some random vids of the set up on my car and its no where near maxxed out in these vids cause im on pump gas you need race gas to turn the boost up higher.

I loved turbo and i liked twincharge even more, but i cannot pass this deal up. it will be sad to see a fully sleeved forged motor go to waste as s/c only but i think hes gonna DD it and spray 100 shot to it. so it will still be quick, SoCal look out for it
If someone wants to go twincharge this would be direct bolt on. i will provide the 2 extra boost controller's needed for that. as well as walk you threw it by phone or email.
I also have DR's i need to sell now. this was totally unexpected but thats life honestly!

haha i want his vette soooo bad! i would never trade considering all the money and time i have in this car but we have a equal respect for eachothers car's we have watched eachother build em up!
he wants it to pass smog thats why hes thinking s/c + spray. but i told him the spray will only gain so much hp. the trq will be threw the roof but the stock s/c will hurt the overall hp #
i told him do a tvs+RG+spray that would be interesting! motor can handle it...

its only been twincharged since mothers day, i havent even made a video. but i have been out driving it alot lately so much funner to drive not waiting for the turbo to spool. hp i would guess right at 400whp according to the maxxed out 60's and my maf at 42-44lbs/min. maybe 375-400 but it blows the tires off even in third now i could never do that just turbo.

and to tell you the truth once zzp gave me the run down on the bypass valve tuning isnt even an issue. its not as hard as everyone makes it out to be thats for sure.

well good luck with the sale man ill be heading out to palmdale in a week if everything is still in the car i might have to hit u up for a ridalong.lol. And I will deffiantly hit u up if i do go turbo like im plannin. Hell maybe ill go bicharged

**** if you guys are willing to buy some stuff i might just part it out. even if no one wants the turbo right now i guess i could sit on it or always ebay it. give me a week i just listed it. but im keeping you guys in mind.

cool think you could give him a heads up, i would let it go for 600 obo + shipping with both housings.
i just bought it in dec of 09 and it has less than 4k mi on it. i have the reciept for warranty, the .70 a/r housing i just bought last week.
i paid 732.50 (on sale) + tax + shipping for the turbo and 300 shipped for the housing. so thats roughly $1100 into it but i always sell everything used for 60% original cost i think thats "fair pricing"

well its actually the first hot pipe is 2.25 then the pipe runing down the pass side is 2.5 with the bov on it. then after the intercooler its all 3" with the maf in the stock ss/sc location. it actually fits very nice. when i turn my wheel lock to lock it just bearly rubs on the pipe on the pass side but im lowered and i have 235/40/18 tires when i had the stock 215 tires on it did not rub.
but the pipes are mandrel bent and heavy wall tubing so they are very very durable. powder coated black too.

well i usually sell my used stuff for 60% orig cost but hahn doesent put a price on the piping kit... so im kinda lost as what to ask for it.
and i need to sell it with the bov cause the flange is welded on the pipe. so im thinking like $250 shipped is that too high? the bov was like 100 + 25 to tig weld it on and then the piping kit has to be worth something like a 100 or so at least lol
the bov i put on in dec when i bought the bigger turbo so its like new (its anodized red the one zzp uses)
but i have to give it a few days to see if someone wants everything. oh yeah and i spent like 50 on the t-bolt clamps which i would incl of coarse
