Brand New Aerorforce Interceptor (CN) Gauge with steering column gauge pod

Gauge is gone gone gone. Thanks for looking.

Hi,

I have a brand new Aeroforce Interceptor Gauge for sale with a new steering column gauge pod for $200 shipped (in the lower 48). The gauge is red and has the optional black SS gauge face and silver bezel (along with the standard black and white gauge faces and black bezel). It has never been used and the box was only opened to take pictures (in my gallery). The steering column gauge pod is also new and not installed and should not block any factory gauges. It will be shipped via UPS insured for $200 to your destination in the lower 48 states. PM me if you have any questions but this is the CN version for a 2009 balt SS (may also fit other years too).

Pics are in my gallery and I have these items here with me in Bridgewater, NJ USA. Contact me via PM.

Thanks,
Paul

considering how low your post count is, you need to post pics and the rest of your info. in your for sale post. Read this: https://www.cobaltss.net/forums/part...s-parts-73843/

Also, your pic should have a slip of paper that has your screen name and today's date. This will let people know you currently have the part and that this is a legit thread.

Yes, I saw your pm and replied yesterday. I was out running errands and didn't check my PMs until I got back. I'm not looking to split up the parts which is what you asked so I figured you didn't want it. Do you still want it? What year is your car? This gauge fits a 2009 and possibly other years, but that is up to you to find out. You'll need to send the money via paypal and then I'll send it out to you.

OK, it looks like SS Flash is backing out. So, does someone else want the set up? I thought this was a no brainer for the price for both a brand new Intercepter gauge with the SS face plate and a brand new steering column pod. Its so funny how someone can post an unfounded opinion about this being a scam and everyone runs for the hills from a good deal. I thought the rules on the for sale forum prohibited hijacking or side busting but apparently nobody monitors that behavior.

My son's 2009 SS is for sale since he lost his license so rather than install this birthday gift I got him I thought I would sell it here for a good price to say thanks for all of the good info I got off of this site over the last year (including some good advice on the Spec Stage 2 Plus clutch and aluminum flywheel - thanks) and then just give him the money. The gauge cost $249 and the face plate is another $10 and the steering column pod is another $40 or $50 so its a $300 set up that I'm selling for $200 shipped and insured. I'll give it ONE more day and if nobody on here wants it then I'll either put it up on ebay with a starting bid of $225 (and it will get bid up from there) or I'll add it as an incentive to the buyer of his car but I'm not gonna put up with this BS. I posted the add and someone said to post pics so I put up the pics in my gallery and now everyone thinks its a scam. WTF. I've bought and sold tons of stuff on ebay for my 3 other cars (69 Mach 1, 08 GT500KR and 08 JK Wrangler) all via paypal and I've never once had a bad buying or selling experience and in about one day of posting this thing on our Cobalt SS forum, I'm somehow labled as a scammer. Some people are either jealous or have nothing better to do than troll the for sale posts for stuff they have no intention of buying and get some enjoyment from claiming that the seller is a scammer. I don't conduct myself like that and expect others to act the same. So any legit buyers out there should feel free to send me a PM (except SS Flash and moranjames89) and I'll reply tomorrow (I have to add when I'll reply as apparently if you don't sit at your PC all day and reply instantly then some people think you're a scammer). Thanks.

If its "easy as hell to find a buyer for BOTH of those items" then the buyer can just sell the pod if they don't want or need it. I'm basically throwing the steering column pod in for free so the buyer can sell it for $25 or $30 and have a brand new Intercepter gauge for a net of about $175. Of course I would insure it as I would expect anyone to insure something I were to buy. My son ordered it for his 2009 SS a few months back and I wanted the buyer to be sure it would fit his or her car. I can easily call Aeroforce and find out what years it will fit but I wanted the buyer to confirm it. So, if you have no intention of buying it, then there is no need to post on my for sale listing implying that I'm a scammer and causing a sale with SS Flash to fall through. All you've accomplished is to cause me to lose the sale and caused SS Flash to lose out on a good deal. Nice job. This is the exact reason that there are rules in the for sale forum about not hijacking a for sale thread as you might cause something like this to happen to two members. Maybe there are scammers out there but I'm not one of them and you just screwed two innocent members. It would be nice if one of the moderators would read this and chime in and delete your posts but I'm not sure it would do any good now. So, thanks again for your help.

I did reply to you and you replied back asking if I would sell the gauge separately from the pod. How is that not replying? I took your reply to mean that you only wanted the gauge if you could get it for less without the pod. The price was already low, which is fine, but I'm not giving it away so I didn't want to be haggled down further.

1. No where in my post did I accuse you of being a scammer.

2. This is not an assumption I'm making. It's the rules.

3. There has been lots of scamming on this forum (both from new members and old members). Hence why I suggested you take pics with your screen name and today's date. So you people WON'T think you are scamming. It's also why we have I-trader.

Hey mexi loco,

Sorry if you thought I was directing my comments at you. They were said out of frustration and really meant for moranjames98. You didn't accuse me of being a scammer and when you suggested that I post up some pics I did it right away as it was a good suggestion. moranjames89 did not actually accuse me of being a scammer either but the implication was there and with everyone being so skiddish on here, that was all it took to blow up the sale. I guess there are scammers everywhere but on the other forums that I am part of we don't seem to have that problem as much (vintage-mustang forum, team shelby forum and jk forum). Again, sorry if I offended you .
