can this be used while driving? or does it not let it be on while driving?

You can watch it while driving. You just have to ground the wire that is supposed to go to the parking break.

Yeah I think it would require a double din dash kit, there are other guys that have double din tv/dvd's in there balts on here and they have posted threads about them.
