Bride Gradation shift boot

Ken Lloyd
Andrews Air Force Base, MD
PM or Post here

I have a one of a kind...well 2 of a kind Bride Gradation shift boot for any manual Cobalt. I bought it about 3 weeks ago from Redlinegoods and it just came in tonight. This is only the second one that was made and no more will be made, the other is on an RSX and apparently it got all the bride logos since I didn't get any. For the price I was expecting it to look like the one they had a picture of (logos fron aand back with plain sides). It has never been installed and will not be installed. The price is $60 shipped inside the US and I am not looking to take any trades. So if you want a rare Bride shift boot and don't want to wait the 3 weeks to get it here is your chance, it will ship out USPS priority mail and payment must come through PayPal to a confirmed address.

It is 3 different shades of gray, darkest at the bottom with color matched thread.

Yeah it doesn't look bad and it goes with the gray SS on the seats but now that I have it I want to go with a black bride boot with bride lettering.

I really did, the original picture in their thread shows the bride lettering on the boot. I was shocked/disappointed when I opened it. I still think it looks good though and will go great with the gray/black TC seats.

I was really hoping it would go better with my interior but now I will be getting it in all black with the matching armrest cover. Just waiting on this to sell so I can place my order.

Not to brick this sale, but what company specifically did you order this from? You for sure got screwed on materials.

I got it from redlinegoods. I just sent them a PM about it because for what I paid I can get a red or black bride boot with full bride lettering and this has none. If someone wants it throwout an offer I'll se what we can work out. I am going to buy a black boot and armrest cover and need about $65 to cover the difference with what I have left in my paypal so....

I almost want to say you got scammed man, no way would Bride put out a product like this that they advertised with logos and then not put any on it.

I had emailed them saying I wanted the Bride gradation boot because they only had enough material to make 2. The first boot they made and advertised was in an Acura RSX and it had the bride logo on it so I assumed that is how mine would look. If you have ever seen the sheets of material they get, the Bride logo is only on part of it and the RSX guy had them use all of that logo on his (Iwasn't aware of that). When I emailed them and asked if they had enough material left to make one more boot they said yes and gave me the price. It was higher than normal because it was a rare material for them and I was fine with it. Basically what it came down to was I didn't ask about the logo and since they didn't have any material with it left, I didn't get any. It all just came down to a communicatrion error on both parts, not that they tried to scam me out of anything. I did get a bride boot like I wanted, it just doesn't say it. Like I said though, I sent them a PM and they replied this morning and they are refunding some of the money. I told them to just give me store credit because the quality is still top notch and I do want to deal with them again. So if anyone wants this boot I will let it go for $60 shipped inside the US, same terms as the first post which I will update after I finnish this up.

Yeah I saw that on ebay, I guess it was rare that they had the material but there are tone of import parts (visors/arm rests/door inserts....) on there. The sheets I saw were $199 plus shipping but It still doesn't match my interior so I gotta sell it.

You would have to take the knob off to put this on. It comes with a letter that has a link to directions on how to install it. I have taken mine off before, its really not that hard to do.
