dont you have like 90 days to file a dispute?

 

even tho you are past your amount of time you have to file a claim (i think) you may want to call paypal and explain the situation. and screenshot the whole IP address thing too

 

heres the even more fucked up part...
i paid it first as goods/services, i text "Mark Rangos" that i paid and a little later he says that "oh you have to send it the other way"
i was painting my garage that day so i just went with it and he refunded me, and i sent it the other way not thinking anything of it.
so i go to file a dispute after he doesnt respond to my texts/calls and it sayd on paypal's website that a claim may not be filed because i chose the sned money to a friend option.
i knew right there i was fucked.

 

30 days for a claim
45 for a dispute iirc

 

yea you NEVER send stuff as a gift. The fact that he requested it is a huge red flag that you are about to get fucked.

Looks to me like he made two accounts so when he screwed someone he could just get his "alt" account banned and not his main account. Should of had an IP blocker to be a pro scammer haha

File a dispute against ltdan on PayPal. He did the same thing to me months ago with headlights but I got my money back luckily.
