There still is a fee, its just the buyer is paying it instead. The only thing about sending as a gift is if something goes wrong with the seller and you never receive your item, you cant dispute a gift. Be safe and just pay 3% over the asking price. I just got screwed using the gift option.

well i put them on the car when it had 5000 miles on it in 2007, the car has 55,555 miles on it now. if u want them shoot me an offer need these gone. they work perfect and i did highway and city driving no pot holes and really NICE, springs are springs they car's ride was silky with the kyb excel-g shocks and stuts

 

how hard is it to put the selling price than +3% next to it. i dont pay for stuff as a gift because if you get scammed you cant get your money back i heard. just tell people to add in 3% and call it a day.

 

I think the fee should be pay by both. 1.5% seller and 1.5% buyer since both are getting the transfer and protection service from fraud, scams, etc.etc.
